No car no worries – free transport to the Healthy Futures Hub

The Social Inclusion Group is funding free transport with a volunteer driver to the Healthy Futures Hub in Seaford.

Whether you’re joining a group, attending a program, or simply getting out and about, this is your chance to connect more with your community. This practical support is designed for people facing transport, mobility, financial, or confidence challenges, helping to increase access to local services and activities, build social connections, and improve wellbeing.

Any Frankston City residents accessing a service or group at the Healthy Futures Hub are eligible for the service.

Passengers under 18 must be accompanied  by an adult. Accessible vehicles available on request. The pilot will run throughout 2026  or until allocated funding is fully used.
